Return Policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with it, however if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund or store credit. Please see below for more information about our returns policy.
Notification of Return
Please notify us of your return within fourteen days of the purchase date, and return the product/s to us within a further fourteen days.
Return Process for unwanted items
- To return an item, please email customer service at: info@equipmentoutdoors.co.uk for a return address and Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number.
- Place the item securely inside its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, then mail your return to the return address provided
- Please note you will be responsible for all shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a track-able method to mail you return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process the return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process the return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear with your payment provider. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed. All returned items must be in a new and unused condition, with the original packaging and tags attached, and with no visible signs of wear. We reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction if returned in a different condition to this.
Exceptions
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items purchased overseas cannot be returned
- Sale Items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned
- Perishable items cannot be returned
For defective or damaged products:
Please contact us by email as soon as possible at: info@equipmentoutdoors.co.uk along with a description of the issue and photographs if possible. We will send you a return delivery label to ship the item back to us. Please return within 28 days of purchase, and include proof of purchase along with the product and all its constituent parts and original packaging. If the goods are faulty we will either replace the item, or in some cases repair it, or we will provide a full refund.
