Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing times

All Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or
holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow
additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of Your Order, We will contact You via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for Your Orders will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

● Standard shipping method: Yodel Direct
Shipment cost:

0-1 kg £2.65
1-2 kg £3.65
2-5 kg £4.85
5-10 kg £6.15
Estimated delivery time: 3-5 business days

● Small & lightweight / remote address shipping method: Royal Mail

 
Royal Mail Postal service may be used as an alternative in certain circumstances, at no extra cost
 
Estimated delivery time: 1-2 business days
 

● Large & Heavy shipping method: ParcelForce 48hrs

Shipment cost: 

10-15 kg £15
15-30 kg £20
Estimated delivery time: 2 business days
 

● Shipping method: Royal Mail Special delivery/ ParcelForce timed delivery

A next day/timed delivery service can be provided for an additional £10 on request. Overnight delivery is only available for Orders with delivery addresses within the United Kingdom. Valuable orders in excess of £150 will be shipped via Royal Mail Special delivery or ParcelForce at no extra cost
 
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
 
Equipment Outdoors Ltd. ships to addresses within the United Kingdom. Overseas shipping is not available as standard. For overseas customers, please contact Equipment Outdoors directly at info@equipmentoutdoors.co.uk, with your enquiry and for a personalised quote. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to P.O. box addresses
 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation Email once Your Order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
 

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Equipment Outdoors is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to Your Order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes)
Damages

If your order arrived damaged, please contact us at info@equipmentoutdoors.co.uk to initiate a claim with the courier

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before making any claim.
